About to start

 Some times food love transcendents every boundary, may it be political boundaries, cultural boundaries, or even social boundaries. Sometimes foreign cuisine becomes so appealing that one starts to crave the taste or try it themselves. Have you ever watched an anime and thought I wish I could try the same elaborate food that they are having? Or have you been excited to try newer dishes from different parts of the world, which you were inspired about while exploring? 

It is not tough to get the recipe for the food you want from Facebook or even google. You will get to know not only the food recipe but also the ingredients the history of the food, its origin, and any other thing that is required to know. But many times the problems that we face are not regarding information, rather alternatives to the information that we need.

Often while following a recipe I do encounter problems such a not finding all the ingredients that are mentioned, or I live in a place where all the required ingredients are not available, sometimes there are financial issues and others. Some of these problems are unsolvable, due to cultural or economic barriers, but that should not stop me from getting to taste or exploring new recipes.
